DidThey uses email to communicate with you about your pet's activities and to send you important notifications. We also send you weekly updates about your pet's activities and promotional emails about DidThey. We understand that you might not want to receive all of these emails, so we've made it easy to opt-out of any or all of them. On this page, you'l find answers to questions about how to manage these alerts and emails.
At DidThey, we understand the frustration of receiving unwanted emails. Our aim is to send only emails that are of value to you, and we've made opting out of our communications straightforward. To opt-out, you can either click on the unsubscribe links in our emails or go to your Profile page, select Contact, and confirm your opt-out there.
However, before you decide to opt-out completely, we'd like to offer a compromise. If you feel bombarded by our weekly updates or promotional emails, you don't have to miss out on the important alerts about your pets. Simply visit the Contact page in your profile and uncheck the boxes for marketing and promotional content. This way, you'll only receive emails directly related to your pet's activities and alerts, addressing your concerns about email volume.
It's also important to consider that opting out means you won't receive notifications about new pet invites. Your opt-out status is confidential and not shared with anyone, but it might lead to confusion for those trying to contact you. If you ever wish to receive emails again, you'll need to log in, go to your profile, and opt back in. Remember, we won't send you a reminder email about this; we take your email preferences very seriously.
Lastly, even after opting out, you will still receive any mandatory legal notices from us. We will also continue to respond to any emails you send us directly. If you no longer wish to receive any communications from us, including legal notices, you have the option to delete your account by emailing info@getdidthey.com.
